This release covers Q1 improvements, a new login option, and a significant round of updates to Magnify, including new chart types, data freshness indicators and finance dashboards!

Platform

  1. Sign in with Google

    You can now log into Creovia using your existing Google account. No separate password needed, just click "Sign in with Google" on the login screen.

  2. Employment status on staff profiles

    Staff profiles in Directory and Perform now show whether a person is Active, On Leave or Inactive. This status is pulled automatically from ADP.

  3. Assessment data sync

    Several fixes on how student assessment data flows into Creovia are now live! The following data types are now syncing accurately:

    • Beginning-of-Grade (BOG) assessments

    • End-of-Course (EOC) assessments

    • Prior-year-End-of-Grade (EOG) results

Magnify

  1. See when your data was last updated

    Magnify now displays a timestamp showing when data was last synced, so you always know how current your view is.

  2. New chart types

    Bar charts have 3 new display options to give you more ways to visualize your data:

    • Subgroup bars - Break a chart down by second field, showing grouped bars within each category.

    • 100% stacked mode - Compare proportions across categories

    • Ribbon overlays - highlight trends visually across segments in stacked bar charts

  3. Chronic absenteeism on the Status Dashboard

    The Magnify status dashboard now shows chronic absenteeism percentage as an at-risk indicator, making it easier to spot attendance concerns at a glance.

  4. Behavior records now include category

    When reviewing student behavior data, you'll now see the behavior category title alongside the record, giving you more context without needing to look it up separately.

  5. Improved data tables

    Several quality of life improvements to shared tables:

    • The horizontal scrollbar now stays visible, no need to scroll down

    • You can now select or deselect all columns at once in the column controls

    • Color rules and percentage values now render more accurately

  6. Name display updated to protect privacy

    Staff and student names across Magnify now display as "First Name, Last Initial (e.g., Sarah T.) for consistency and privacy.

  7. Finance Dashboards now available

    New finance dashboards are live in Magnify for users with appropriate access.
